We aim to make Not-A-Con 2026 × Skepticon 42 a fantastic experience for everyone attending. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, can no longer attend, or your personal circumstances change.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement ticket if:

• The event is canceled.
• The event is rescheduled to a significantly different date.
• There is a major change to what was advertised, such as a substantial change to the core program or featured performers.

If any of these situations occur, we will contact all ticket holders directly and issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days, as required by law.

No Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable. A purchased ticket is valid only for the original buyer and cannot be given or sold to another person, unless Australian law requires otherwise.

Event Changes or Cancellations

If circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel or significantly alter the event:

• Ticket holders will be notified by email and official channels.
• Refunds will be provided only when required by law.
